Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 27, 2026

SET Consultancy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., digital products, downloadable materials, customized items, or consulting services already rendered)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Services already completed or partially delivered

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
